Apprentice Gamekeeping

Rotherfield is seeking an apprentice to assist their Head Keeper and to be part of a highly motivated team. They are determined to produce a sustainable harvestable surplus of wild game birds alongside a conservation-minded farming enterprise. Sustainability, biodiversity benefits and quality of a wild bird shoot is valued over bag numbers. Potential for the right candidate to progress to a Beat Keeper. Ideal candidate will have experience of working on an Estate or Farm.  Full training will be given on site, on relevant training courses and opportunity to attend local college.
