Part-time Gamekeeper Required

For a friendly, family-orientated shoot near Marlborough, Wiltshire.

We shoot around 12 Saturdays per season over some 1,600 acres of mixed farmland, releasing around 3,000 pheasant poults in August. In normal years we would also release a smaller number of partridges.

A Honda quad bike, Polaris 4x4, spreader, tractor and topper are available on the shoot. The role is part-time with flexible hours although regular attendance is necessary during the release period and early season (August to October).

The position may suit a younger recently qualified person or perhaps someone seeking shooting in return for keepering duties? Regular monthly payments to be
agreed depending on hours along with other terms.
